Filming with RED One Digital Cinema Camera

Born and raised in Ashland, PA, Lindsey always had an affinity for art. Much of her childhood was spent drawing pictures of her family dog and favorite cartoon characters. She also created fantastical worlds and characters, fueled by her hyperactive imagination.

For a long time, Lindsey’s career goal was to become a cartoonist, like her childhood hero Bill Watterson. She was initially accepted into Ringling College of Art and Design’s prestigious Computer Animation program but ultimately decided that filmmaking was her true calling. She switched to the new Digital Film major and hasn’t looked back since, and is a graduate of the 2011 class (and Digital Film's first graduating class).

To date, Lindsey has written, directed and edited several projects: A Good Christian (2009, won Best of Ringling), Getaway (2010), and Furry (2011) and various videos/projects. She is currently in post-production of Furry, her senior thesis film about a timid nerd with a soft spot for animals trying to get the girl of his dreams. She hopes to enter the film/animation industry as a director and editor.
